What we collect and why
• The quotation form: your name, company, e-mail address, sector and message, so that we can answer you and propose a survey plan.
• The download form: your name, company, e-mail address and sector, so that we can show you the download links, answer you and send you the licence. The machine code you send us by e-mail identifies your computer for the licence and nothing else.
• The cookie banner: your choice, the language, the page and a random number kept in your browser, so that we can show that consent was asked. No name and no IP address are stored with it.
• Visit statistics: only if you accept cookies, Wix counts the visits for us. You can change your choice at any time under Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
We send no newsletter and we pass your details to nobody.
Legal basis
Answering a request and delivering a licence are steps taken at your request before a contract, GDPR article 6(1)(b). The statistics rest on your consent, article 6(1)(a). The record of your cookie choice rests on our legitimate interest in showing that consent was asked, article 6(1)(f).
How long
Requests and licence correspondence: 24 months after our last exchange, unless a licence or a survey contract keeps them longer. The cookie choice: 24 months, then deleted automatically.
Where
This site runs on Wix, Wix.com Ltd, Tel Aviv, which stores the data on our behalf under its data processing agreement, in the European Union and the United States with the safeguards the GDPR requires. Our own records stay with AMG Technologies in Finland.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable form, and withdraw a consent at any time: write to contact@amgt.fi. You can also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman in Finland, tietosuoja.fi.
